Where We Ship

We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Sun–Thu) after your order is confirmed and paid (for prepaid orders).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day.

  • Pre-order / made-to-order items (if applicable) may need additional time; the estimate will appear on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch)

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Alexandria & Delta cities: 2–4 business days

  • Canal cities & Upper Egypt: 3–6 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Weather, courier workload, and holidays can cause delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight/size.

  • From time to time, we run free-shipping promotions; any active offer will be shown on-site or at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide. A small COD service fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • Orders above a certain value may require a partial prepayment for confirmation.

  • Please keep your phone available; the courier may call to confirm or schedule delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link (or courier reference) by email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours of ordering (business days), please contact us.

Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

  • You can request an address change before dispatch by contacting us.

  • After dispatch, address changes or re-delivery are handled by the courier and may incur additional fees.

  • If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful (no answer / wrong address), re-delivery fees may apply.

Delays & Public Holidays

We work closely with our courier partners, but unexpected delays can occur—especially during sale periods and national holidays. Thanks for your patience!

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, notify us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date (or expected date).

  • Keep all packaging and provide photos so we can investigate with the courier.
